Age Restriction: ledak3 takes its 21+ age restriction seriously. Any Account found to have been registered by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all funds forfeited, and the matter reported to relevant authorities where required by law. ledak3 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time.
ledak3 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility — including a copy of your Indonesian national identity card (KTP), proof of residential address, or any other verification document — at any stage of the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by ledak3 may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your Account.
To access the full range of ledak3 services, you must create a personal Account by completing the registration process on the Platform. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including but not limited to:
You may register only one Account per person. ledak3 uses a combination of device fingerprinting, IP address analysis, payment method cross-referencing, and manual review to detect duplicate Account registrations. If duplicate Accounts are identified, ledak3 reserves the right to close all but the first registered Account, void any associated bets, and permanently forfeit any balances held in the duplicate Accounts.
You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided at registration and throughout your use of the Platform remains accurate and current. If any of your personal details change — including your email address, phone number, or residential address — you must update your Account profile promptly or contact ledak3 support at [email protected].
KYC Verification: Before processing any withdrawal, ledak3 requires all players to complete KYC identity verification by submitting a clear copy of their Indonesian KTP and, where requested, a selfie with the document and proof of bank account ownership. Withdrawal requests from unverified Accounts will be held pending until verification is successfully completed.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ledak3 Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. ledak3 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account for enhanced security.
ledak3 will never contact you by email, chat, or phone to request your password or full 2FA code. Any such request should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported to our support team immediately.
ledak3 cannot be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials or your failure to comply with the security guidelines set out in this clause.
All deposits to your ledak3 Account must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. ledak3 does not accept deposits from third parties. The following payment methods are supported for IDR deposits:
Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per method. Current limits are displayed on the Deposit page within your ledak3 Account dashboard. ledak3 reserves the right to modify deposit limits at any time with or without prior notice.
Deposits made via bank transfer are generally credited to your Balance within minutes of the transfer being confirmed by your bank. E-wallet deposits (OVO, DANA, GoPay) are typically credited in real time. ledak3 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking infrastructure.
Anti-Money Laundering: ledak3 operates strict anti-money laundering (AML) controls. Any deposit that ledak3 reasonably suspects may be connected to money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime will be frozen pending investigation. ledak3 reserves the right to return deposits to their source without processing and to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
You may request a withdrawal of your real-money Balance (excluding any Bonus Funds subject to active wagering requirements) at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this clause.
ledak3 does not charge a platform fee for withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which ledak3 bears no responsibility.
If a withdrawal is requested from an Account that is under investigation for fraud, suspected rule violations, or unresolved bonus disputes, ledak3 reserves the right to place the withdrawal on hold until the investigation is concluded.

Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or abuse ledak3 bonus terms — including through coordinated bet patterns, arbitrage betting, or the use of multiple Accounts — will result in the immediate forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in the permanent suspension of the Account.
ledak3 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already accepted and in active use at the time of the change, unless the promotion has been abused.
All bets and wagers placed on the ledak3 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product category. By placing a bet or wager, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the applicable rules for that product.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ledak3 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and legal action where appropriate:

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, ledak3's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
ledak3 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon Account closure for cause, any Balance held in your Account may be forfeited where the closure is the result of a breach of these Terms, subject to ledak3's right to deduct any amounts owed to ledak3 arising from the breach. Where an Account is closed for administrative reasons not related to player misconduct, the Balance will be returned to the player via the original deposit method following completion of KYC verification.
You may voluntarily close your Account at any time by contacting ledak3 support. Any real-money Balance remaining in your Account at the time of voluntary closure will be processed for withdrawal to your verified bank account or e-wallet, subject to completion of any outstanding wagering requirements on active Bonus Funds.
